Relocating permanently from Cape Town to Australia was an absolute pleasure with Pioneer Freight. Demi Opperman as the primary Pioneer Freight sea freight export controller was fantastic with communication and logistics, Chris Power from AusGlobe Logistics who handled the clearing and delivery by Carlos Mazzocchi from Price & Speed was seamless and I cannot recommend their combined service enough. It made what could have been a stressful process easy and Demi at Pioneer Freight went above and beyond with resolving complications that arose and communication with the time difference was no issue at all. Superb service all round!

Great service from a friendly and professional crew. They meticulously unloaded all our belongings with care and precision, ensuring everything was handled safely. The team also cleared away all excess boxes and packaging, leaving the space spotless and exactly as they found it. Highly recommended!

Pioneer freight took care of the documentation to allow me to ship my car from Dubai to Cape Town. Deon Volschenk was courteous, knowledgeable and always kept me in the loop as to the status of my application. Not only that, but once my vehicle was on the sea, he kept me updated daily on its expected arrival date.

I am delighted to share my experience with Eldrick Boshoff and Dawie and Pioneer team, who provided exceptional customer service during our visa application process for Morocco. Based in Cape Town, we faced challenges submitting our request in Pretoria, but Eldrick and his team went above and beyond to assist us.

From the outset, they kept us informed and patiently answered all our queries, which was particularly helpful as it was my first time handling visa submissions. On the day of collection, when the embassy announced a visa price increase, they acted swiftly to resolve the situation, ensuring we didn’t encounter any delays. Thanks to their efforts, we received our passports in Cape Town the following day.

Every interaction with this company is the best by far. In our continuous interaction opinion there is no better company, no company doing more than pioneer freight in imports and exports for their clients. I initially thought they abit pricey than some of the other companies but I was still happy by the service they provide but they are actually much cheaper in cost and time.
