I initially thought they abit pricey than some of the other companies but I was still happy by the service they provide but they are actually much cheaper in cost and time. We moved half way with our shipment from Pioneer Freight to an other Freight Forwarder and and can say it was the best decision, they need communication skills, and how to act professionally or at least the agent who handled our shipment at the JHB Branch,  at least we received our deposit back, yes we paid already and then decided to ask for our money back they acted very unprofessionally, throughout we asked multiple times to work with someone else yet that could not have been done. was a very bad experience overall
