As we approach the festive season, we would like to draw your attention to potential delays and scheduling considerations for all shipments during this period.

Please note that any sea freight shipments booked within the next two weeks may arrive at the port of discharge (POD) during or after the Christmas and annual shutdown period. For those who will be on annual shutdown, please ensure that arrangements are made for unpacking and delivery during the holiday period or be prepared to incur storage charges if cargo cannot be cleared immediately.

The same applies to air freight and LCL shipments; please make the necessary arrangements in advance to avoid any inconvenience or additional costs.

If required, we are also able to store shipments, provided prior arrangements have been made.

We kindly ask that you communicate these details to your teams and plan accordingly. Our goal is to ensure a smooth logistics process throughout the busy holiday season.
