Following our previous communication dated 23 March 2026 regarding the anticipated fuel price increases effective 1 April 2026, we would like to provide you with an important update.

While we were hoping that the fuel price would return close to the amount prior to the nationwide increase on 1 April 2026, regrettably, current forecasts indicate that diesel prices are expected to increase further from 1 May 2026. The exact adjustment is not yet confirmed, and we do not want to speculate at this stage what that price will be.

In line with the above, we have reviewed our pricing structure to ensure continued stability and sustainability of our services. As a result, we are left with no option but to apply a small fuel surcharge of 15% which will be implemented effective 1 May 2026.

This surcharge will apply to all deliveries and collections carried out using Pioneer Freight vehicles nationwide and will be indicated on Quotations and Invoices directly beneath the Cartage amount as ‘Fuel Surcharge’.

Please note that this measure is intended to be temporarily introduced to help manage ongoing fuel price volatility driven by global market conditions. Should conditions improve, we will reassess and adjust the surcharge accordingly.
