• 1. The above is an estimate of anticipated normal charges and is not binding quoatation.

• 2. All rates and charges are based solely on the data given above as supplied by yourselves.

• 3. All rates and charges obtained from third parties are supplied to us by them and are subject to alteration and/or withdrawl without notice.

• 4. This estimate is only valid in the month of issue

• 5. Final pricing can only be done on receipt of cargo.

• 6. Surcharges are subject to change at time of shipment.

• 7. This estimate number must be given at time of shipping.

• 8. Charges for clearance and delivery at final destination are onyl considered final on receipt of all third party invoices.

• 9. Pioneer Freight reserves the right to ship cargo on a carrier other than the one quoted.

• 10. The above estimate includes Value Added Tax (if applicable).

• 11. Should the above estimate be accepted it will be subject to our standard trading terms and conditions a copyof which is available on request.

• 12. We are entitled at any time by notice to you to cancel or resile from any estimate where it becomes impractical or uneconomical forus to carry out the shipment at the estimated rate and you will have no claim whatsoever against us for cancelling or resiling from this estimate.

• 13. All estimates arae subject to revision without notice having regard to changes in curreny exhcange rates and upward movement in any amounts payable to us to third parties.

• 14. Should the above estimate be accepted by you, you are requested to sing below and fax or email a copy back to the sender to enable us to action and follow up on this shipment.
